Effective: August 30, 2026The KP SOFTWARE website has no account system, analytics tracker, or server-submitted contact form. Values entered into the inquiry draft stay in the browser and are not stored on this site or an operator server. If you send the draft yourself, your email address and message are handled to answer the inquiry.
Emails you send are used to answer product, adoption, and custom-development inquiries. They are deleted when the conversation ends and there is no further operational or legal need to retain them.
Static files are served through Firebase Hosting. The hosting provider may process technical connection information such as IP address and browser details for delivery and security. Sending an email follows the policy of the mail provider you choose.
The site currently uses no advertising, behavioral tracking, or visitor analytics cookies.
To request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry email you sent, contact khw2568@gmail.com. We will verify the request and respond without undue delay.
Public screens use demo data only, inquiry values are not submitted to a server, and the site uses HTTPS and least-privilege principles.
